NBYR Standing Committees

New Braunfels Young Republicans Committees and Subcommittees are made up of volunteers and help advance our work and our mission. We welcome all members of NBYR (active and associate) to serve on a committee. If you’re interested in serving on a committee, contact the Committee’s Chairperson.

Campaign Committee

The Campaign Committee oversees the political and grassroots efforts of NBYR - organizing deployments for block walking, phone banking, working for political campaigns.

Events Committee

The Events Committee is responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing all NBYR meetings and events.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee assists the Treasurer with the management of NBYR’s revenue, treasury, and budget planning. Additionally, the Finance Committee prepares and files compliance reports with the state and federal government.

Policy Committee

The Policy Committee monitors and reports on activities of the Texas Legislature, helps to draft and publicize policy priorities, and educates members on current policies being advanced by the Txlege. Additionally, the Policy Committee works in Austin during Session to advance and promote the policy priorities of NBYR.
