We are a group of young Republicans (ages 18-40) who are passionate about the future of our community, our state, and our nation. We are the next generation of Republican leadership and we’re ready to take on the challenges of a global society. We are working together, sharing ideas, and developing a vision for the future of America. We want a free nation, where people and businesses thrive and succeed. We want a free nation, where people have the right to be themselves. We want a free nation, where the American dream is whatever you make it to be.

What we’re working on
Economic Policy
We believe that the Economy matters most - without a strong, healthy economy, nothing else matters. Putting aside social issues that divide us, NBYR is working on what unites us - our wallets. From property tax to income tax, we’re working towards a better, more prosperous tomorrow.
Criminal Justice and Public Safety
Putting convicted felons back to work, ending harsh sentences for non-violent crimes, and striving for true corrections, NBYR is advocating for a strong Justice system that punishes violent offenders and corrects ill behavior.
Local Leadership
We are working to recruit and develop young people to run for public office - from City Council and County Commissioners Court all the way to the Texas Legislature, we are ready to see our generation hold office and make a difference! Come learn about boards, commissions, and public offices.
Healthcare
Arguably the most pressing issue of our generation, NBYR is hosting think tanks, thought talks, and round tables to find sustainable, future-conscious solutions to our nation’s growing healthcare crisis. How do we insure the uninsured? How do we sensibly reduce healthcare costs? All while protecting free enterprise.
Public Education
Let’s face it - we were recently in school. Shouldn’t recent graduates with relevant knowledge be the strongest advocates for education reform? NBYR works diligently to see public education do what it’s supposed to - give children impartial and empirical information and allow them to formulate their own world view. Oh yeah, and actually learn something!
